Common questions

How do I move my game to a new phone?

On the old phone, open Settings (the gear, top right) and tap Export Save.
Copy the save code and send it to yourself (a note, an email, a message).
On the new phone, open Settings → Import Save and paste the code.

I didn't get a reminder when my crew came back.

Check that reminders are on in the game's Settings, and that notifications for Diaper Domination are allowed in your phone's settings. Some battery savers delay reminders by a few minutes.

There's no music or sound.

Check the sound switch and the music and effects sliders in Settings, and that your phone isn't on silent. On iPhone, the ring/silent switch also mutes games.

The text is too small, too big, or the animations are too much.

The game follows your phone's text size (up to a point, so everything still fits). In Settings you can turn on Reduce motion and set Mascot chatter to Quiet.

How do offline earnings work?

While the app is closed, your buildings keep producing for up to 12 hours, at a reduced rate (perks can raise it). Missions keep running at full speed. Changing your phone's time zone won't remove any progress.

How do I start completely over?

Settings → Delete all progress. This can't be undone, so export your save first if you might want it back.

Is my data private?

Yes. The current version collects no personal data. We plan to add optional rewarded ads and purchases later, and the privacy policy will be updated before that happens.
